If so, do slice the red dates into half or smaller pieces. But if you have the time, I recommend slow cooking it. It will extract more flavour. The result/taste is significantly better. Besides it’s a nourishing herbal drink that we don’t make everyday. So when we do, I think it’s best to give it a little more time 🙂
